Getting in touch

Use the contact form on this page to reach the person who builds TradeHQ. Messages are usually answered within two business days. There is no call centre and no support queue — replies come from the maintainer.

What to include so we can help quickly

• The exact page URL where the problem happened.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• Your browser and whether you are on desktop or mobile.
• For content corrections: the sentence you believe is wrong and, ideally, a source.

What we cannot answer

• Requests for investment advice, trade ideas or price opinions — we do not provide them at any price.
• Account or money questions for real brokers; TradeHQ holds no funds and has no brokerage relationship.
• Requests to promote an asset, product or course on the site.

Support questions we answer most often

• My portfolio disappeared — this almost always means browser data was cleared, or you are on a different device or browser. Without an account, practice data lives only in the browser that created it.
• How do I reset my practice balance? There is a reset control in the portfolio area; it returns the account to $100,000 in virtual cash and clears open positions.
• A price looks wrong — quotes refresh periodically and are simulated between refreshes, so they will not match a live broker feed exactly.
• Can I use TradeHQ on my phone? Yes, the whole site works on mobile browsers; there is no app to install.
• Do you have an affiliate or partnership programme? No.

Reporting a content error

Content corrections are the most valuable messages we receive. Send the page URL, quote the sentence you believe is wrong, and where possible link a primary source such as an exchange rule book, a regulator page or a central-bank release. Corrections are applied to the live lesson rather than buried in an errata list.

Response times and expectations

TradeHQ is maintained by one person, so replies typically arrive within two business days and occasionally take longer during heavy development weeks. There is no phone line and no live chat. If you have not heard back within a week, sending the message again is reasonable rather than rude.
