Community reviews

This page collects visitor-submitted feedback about the practice simulator. New submissions remain private pending moderation; approved reviews may appear publicly, including criticism. Browser and server-side duplicate checks limit repeat submissions, but identity and usage are not independently verified. Reviews are feedback about the product, not verified investment-performance testimonials.

Signed-in visitors can like or unlike reviews once per account. Like totals are public; individual liker identities are private. Replies from the site owner are labelled separately from visitor feedback.

A visible rating summarises the submissions currently displayed; it does not establish that each author used every feature or that the feedback represents all visitors. Read the specific task and experience described. For a factual correction or a privacy concern, the contact page provides a direct way to reach the maintainer.

What we do not do

• We do not pay for reviews or offer anything in exchange for one.
• We do not delete negative reviews that are honest about the product.
• Visitor reviews and leaderboards concern simulated activity; they are not independent evidence of actual investment skill, performance or income.

How reviews are handled

• New reviews are held for moderation before appearing publicly; truthful critical feedback may be approved.
• We publish criticism. A page of only five-star reviews would tell you nothing.
• Reviews are about the software — usability, content quality, bugs — not about trading returns.

What we would rather you sent us

A specific bug report or a specific content correction is worth more to the project than a rating. If a lesson is wrong, if a page renders badly on your phone, or if a term is missing from the glossary, the contact page reaches the maintainer directly and those messages are what actually change the site.

If you are considering whether to use TradeHQ at all: it costs nothing, requires no account for the core features, and holds no money. The only thing at stake is your time.

Reading reviews of any trading product

• Be sceptical of any review mentioning profits — a simulator cannot produce them, and a real platform showing them proves nothing about you.
• A cluster of reviews on one day is a reason to examine context, not proof of a shared author or source.
• The most useful reviews describe a specific task the reviewer tried to complete and whether it worked.
• An absence of negative reviews does not establish whether feedback was removed. Consider the sample size and how submissions are handled.
